Software Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II to design and develop custom software and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical solutions from ideation to release, including estimating time and complexity
• Design and develop custom software based on ticket specifications and provide feedback on code reviews
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and meet with stakeholders to clarify workflows and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in the same field
• Full-stack development experience and object-oriented coding experience
• Understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL)
• Experience with version control systems, particularly git
• Familiarity with web services production and consumption (e.g., REST, SOAP)
