Software Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II to enhance and optimize Azure Core's platform capacity management and efficiency capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop distributed cloud software services for scale, availability, performance, and reliability
• Own and deliver complete features including design, architecture, implementation, testability, debugging, and shipping
• Collaborate with partner teams to drive key Azure Core Allocator capabilities and ensure high-quality service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Equivalent experience may be considered
• Ability to meet security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 3+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience
