Software Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II who will develop and optimize systems supporting transportation execution across multiple applications and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create frameworks to solve multiple business problems
• Lead design and architecture on projects, writing high-quality code
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate cross-functional troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in the relevant practice area
• Deep proficiency in Java; knowledge of Python is a plus
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes
• Proficiency with cloud-based services such as AWS and RESTful architecture
