Software Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II to design and build highly available, event-driven microservices.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate assumptions using debugging, telemetry, monitoring, and automated tests to prevent production issues
• Evaluate architectural proposals and collaborate on solution architecture for complex features
• Contribute to automation for deployment workflows and operate live site services during on-call rotations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• OR equivalent experience
• Ability to meet security screening requirements
• Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field AND 3+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience
• 1+ years of experience in distributed systems and the cloud industry is preferred
