Key Responsibilities

• Build automation systems for complex insurance servicing tasks and improve customer retention
• Compose backend business logic and design backend pipelines for data synchronization and alerts

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-stack engineering experience in building production-grade software

• Experience in tackling ambiguous problems and iterating quickly on solutions
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end outcomes and system improvements
