Key Responsibilities

• Build automation systems for complex insurance servicing tasks and optimize internal tools
• Compose backend business logic and design backend pipelines for customer policy data management
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to improve customer retention and continuously enhance backend systems

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full stack engineering experience with production-grade software
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and systems design
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and iterate quickly on solutions
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end outcomes and system improvements
• Experience working asynchronously with a global team
