• Contribute to backend services for integrations with platforms like Zendesk and improve AI-driven chatbot and IVR experiences

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React
• Experience building and scaling full-stack applications
• Solid computer science fundamentals and experience with system architecture
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
