Key Responsibilities

• Build automation systems for complex insurance servicing tasks and improve customer retention
• Compose backend business logic and design pipelines for syncing customer policy data
• Continuously improve backend systems, APIs, and microservice architecture

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full stack engineering experience in production-grade software
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and systems design
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and iterate quickly on solutions
• Experience in taking ownership of end-to-end outcomes and system improvements
