Software Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the improvement of query processing efficiency through design, implementation, and performance analysis
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions, providing feedback and learning from peers
• Assist in debugging issues in production and test environments, contributing to root cause analysis and resolution

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or related technical field
• 2+ years of industry experience in object-oriented programming (e.g., C++, Java, C#)
• 1+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working in Python or similar test infrastructure language
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience developing on Linux and in large, version-controlled projects
