Software Engineer II

Job Summary

To support a banking project, the temporary Software Engineer II will provide designs and technical direction for application development, oversee systems analysis, and manage project components while working remotely for a contract duration of 9 to 12 months.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete and oversee systems analysis, design, and development for complex projects
• Direct and monitor less experienced resources while coordinating development tasks
• Prepare and manage technical project plans, including testing and debugging activities

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in systems analysis/application development
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Mainframe: COBOL, CICS, and JCL
• Experience coordinating between applications and business units
• Proven track record of driving project milestones and delivery dates
