Job Summary

Collaborating in a real-time development environment, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will contribute to the core infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance while practicing mob programming and high-quality engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

• Help build and maintain the core infrastructure to ensure foundational reliability and stability
• Participate actively in mob programming sessions, contributing to collective code ownership
• Manage and upgrade large-scale database infrastructure, automating operations using various technologies

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, with backend development experience
• Strong desire to learn Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and database reliability (MySQL)
• Genuine interest in team-centric engineering practices and mob programming
• Critical thinking skills for troubleshooting complex technical problems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
