Software Engineer II

Job Summary

To support innovative Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology, the remote Software Engineer II will write and maintain code for applications and systems, enhance performance, and reduce technical debt while collaborating with product management and providing guidance to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management to design solutions addressing customer challenges and improve team effectiveness
• Contribute to software application development across multiple platforms and perform troubleshooting as needed
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed products while mentoring less experienced engineers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2 - 5 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable software systems
• Proficiency in multiple technology stacks, including front-end and back-end languages
• Experience with application lifecycle methodologies, particularly Agile
• Scrum Developer Certification or equivalent preferred
