Software Engineer II
Job Summary
To support a cloud migration initiative, the contract Software Engineer II will work remotely to migrate .NET-based APIs from an OpenShift environment to Azure Cloud, focusing on application updates, pipeline enhancements, and modernization efforts.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with migration of .NET applications and APIs from OpenShift to Azure Cloud
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement application solutions and enhancements
- Modify application code and CI/CD pipeline processes to support cloud migration requirements
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of systems analysis and application development experience
- Experience with Azure Cloud Platform
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong development experience with C#
- Associate degree with relevant experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
