Software Engineer II

Job Summary

Seeking a talented Software Engineer II, this full-time remote position will focus on the development, enhancement, and maintenance of application systems for the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) platform, including designing and maintaining APIs, collaborating with teams, and optimizing database performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and event-driven APIs for integration with various systems
• Collaborate with front-end and mobile teams to deliver features that enhance warehouse workflows
• Create documentation for stored procedures, database logic, and APIs while ensuring adherence to best practices

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing large-scale back-end systems
• 2+ years of experience with scalable backend services using Node.js (TypeScript knowledge is a plus)
• Expert-level SQL skills, including query optimization and stored procedure development
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message queues, preferably Kafka
