Software Engineer II

Job Summary

Empowering builders, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will develop and maintain internal engineering tools, support the adoption of AI coding tools, and enhance developer workflows across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal engineering tooling to improve builder flow and reduce friction
• Support the adoption of AI agentic coding tools through documentation and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI to enhance productivity

Required qualifications

• Solid software engineering fundamentals with experience in production-quality internal platforms
• Familiarity with modern agentic coding tools such as Codex and Claude Code
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java
• Experience building or contributing to workflow automation or internal tools
• Ability to use data and feedback to prioritize and measure impact
