Software Engineer II

Job Summary

Providing advanced technical support for data processing systems, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will analyze, enhance, and test systems while collaborating with business units to improve processing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Source, compile, and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in analysis outputs
• Thoroughly test systems for new software installations and modifications, evaluating and communicating testing results
• Offer technical support through coding and process improvements, working closely with business units to meet objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in application software programming, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience
• Experience with programming languages such as Microsoft .NET (C#), ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML 5, XML, SQL Scripting, and Powershell Scripting
• Knowledge of system design, including UI, Windows services, and integration
• Familiarity with System Life Cycle Development methodologies (like Waterfall and Agile)
• Ability to provide 24/7 on-call support on a rotating basis
