Software Engineer II
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Software Engineer II will design and develop custom software and integrations while collaborating with software engineers, QA engineers, and business systems analysts in an agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design technical solutions and develop software according to ticket specifications
- Participate in scrum ceremonies and collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows
- Monitor processes, troubleshoot issues, and enhance Python applications focusing on scalability and performance
Required qualifications
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in Python development
- Experience with Flask and/or Django frameworks
- Proficiency in frontend web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of relational databases, such as MySQL, and non-relational databases like MongoDB
- Competency in translating functional requirements into technical specifications
