Software Engineer II
Job Summary
To enhance servicing experiences, the full-time Software Engineer II will analyze user stories, design and develop high-quality software applications and services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze user stories and technical requirements to design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
- Design and enhance application components, RESTful APIs, and microservices, ensuring scalability and performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining engineering standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing and developing cloud-native data engineering solutions and scalable data pipelines
- Experience building batch and streaming data pipelines using technologies such as Python, PySpark, or SQL
- Experience developing on Google Cloud Platform or AWS/Azure using cloud-native data services
- Strong understanding of data ingestion, ETL/ELT, and data transformation processes
- Experience working in Agile environments with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
