Job Summary
To enhance servicing experiences, the full-time salaried Software Engineer II will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize data pipelines in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to an Agile development team by driving engineering practices related to development standards and testing
- Design and implement high-quality Java applications while developing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and software delivery
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver multi-system initiatives and improve system efficiency through optimized data pipelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in Java development using the Vert.x framework
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase and in-memory cache like Redis
- Hands-on experience with automated build and release management tools such as Git and CI/CD platforms like GitHub Actions
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding and testing efficiency
