Software Engineer II
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Engineer II will code, test, and debug programs while managing significant software components and collaborating on major application phases under high-level guidance.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of software components, breaking down tasks and setting measurable goals for completion
- Develop reusable code and automation for deployment, while performing functional testing and debugging
- Provide mentorship to new Software Engineers and assist with troubleshooting production incidents
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, particularly in backend development with C#
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Azure cloud computing services
- Proficiency in designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable applications in a production environment
- Familiarity with Xunit and dependency injection for testing and debugging purposes
