Software Engineer II
Job Summary
To support the development of innovative Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology, the remote Software Engineer II will write and maintain code for applications and systems, improve performance, and reduce technical debt while collaborating with product management and providing technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management to design solutions addressing customer challenges and improve team effectiveness
- Contribute to product design and development, building software applications across multiple platforms
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed products while monitoring emerging technologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2 - 5 years of experience in software design, development, and implementation of scalable systems
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#.Net, and SQL Server
- Experience with application lifecycle methodologies, particularly Agile
- Familiarity with cloud-based systems, preferably AWS, and AI-driven development is a plus
