Software Engineer II

Job Summary

Building and owning internal tooling for Developers, SREs, and Operations teams, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will manage the full lifecycle of applications, focusing on automation, site health assessment, and operational support while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborates with product team members to create secure and scalable software solutions, ensuring quality and change control standards are met

• Works with team members in agile processes to develop new strategies for team success and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in engineering or reliability engineering
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes and production system support, including Change, Incident, and Problem Management
• Experience with programming languages such as Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, and BASH
• Familiarity with infrastructure automation, CI/CD processes, and tools like Terraform and GitHub Actions
• Understanding of container orchestration and modern microservice architectures
