Job Summary
Focused on ensuring the resilience and performance of the enterprise Cloud Platform, the full-time remote Software Engineer II will collaborate with product teams to develop secure, reliable software solutions, automate infrastructure, and participate in incident management and root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with product team members to create and document scalable software solutions while ensuring quality and change control standards are met
- Automates infrastructure and monitoring services through custom code or scripts, including destructive testing to enhance production resiliency
- Engages in agile processes to improve team success and builds partnerships to achieve shared objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in engineering or reliability engineering domains
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes and production system support, including Change, Incident, and Problem Management
- Experience with scripting and programming languages such as BASH, Python, and Java
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform and Ansible
- Understanding of container orchestration and microservice architectures
