Software Engineer II, ML Ops

Job Summary

To support the AI team at tvScientific, the full-time Software Engineer II, ML Ops will scale decision-making tools, enhance developer experience for data science, and upgrade observability tooling in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Scale the decision-making process for tools related to workflows, training infrastructure, and Kubernetes deployments
• Improve the developer experience for the data science team
• Upgrade observability tooling to ensure smooth deployments as infrastructure evolves

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding of Linux and high-performance software systems
• 2+ years of industry experience in software engineering and reliability (e.g., CI/CD)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, machine learning, statistics, or a related field
• Strong observability instincts and experience using AI to enhance workflows
• Demonstrated ability to critically evaluate AI-assisted work, ensuring data validation and accountability
