Software Engineer III

Job Summary

Software Engineer III, a full-time contract position focused on supporting a strategic data platform migration initiative, responsible for designing and building tools, data pipelines, and full-stack web applications while leveraging AI-assisted development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement entity/object schemas in a custom ORM-style data framework
• Build and maintain real-time data pipelines using distributed event-streaming systems
• Integrate and migrate functionality off Salesforce, including custom tooling and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field required
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern React frameworks (Next.js preferred)
• Experience with distributed event-streaming or message-bus systems (Kafka or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform development and data migration between heterogeneous systems is highly desirable
