Software Engineer III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer III to develop features and components while assisting in leading junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build underlying platform support for appliances and custom security software
• Collaborate with UX, PM, QA, and other engineering teams to define requirements and implement new features
• Participate in code reviews and agile development methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience implementing backend infrastructure components on Linux/Unix
• Experience in back-end languages such as Python, Golang, Rust, or C/C++
• Familiarity with cryptography principles and Linux server environments
• Ability to lead or mentor other team members
