Software Engineer III
Job Summary
A company is looking for a IT Software Engineer III responsible for developing custom applications and integrations using the Microsoft SQL Server platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions using the Microsoft SQL platform, including reports and data warehousing tasks
- Monitor job and transfer queues to ensure functionality and provide data for metrics and analysis
- Develop and maintain SSIS/SSRS packages and support production database administrators in troubleshooting issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2-3 years of experience in Database Development/Administration with MS SQL Server (2016 and above)
- Knowledge of database principles, performance tuning, ETL/ELT, and security
- Understanding of Active Directory and basic TCP/IP networking
- Advanced knowledge of server technologies including Windows Server 2012-2022 and SQL Server 2016+
