Software Engineer III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer III - API Development (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop client-side and server-side components, integrating RESTful and SOAP-based APIs
• Participate in Agile development teams, focusing on clean coding practices and CI/CD pipeline automation
• Build, maintain, and optimize database-backed applications, including troubleshooting and performance tuning

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications, with proficiency in frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate
• 3+ years of front-end React expertise and experience in building, implementing, and managing APIs
• Experience with cloud services and application deployment (AWS, Azure, or OCI)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of database design and optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
