Job Summary

Driving innovation in healthcare technology, the full-time Software Engineer III will build and enhance a multi-modal voice AI agent, Kora, by integrating generative AI features and developing data pipelines while working closely with users to improve patient interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Experimenting with and launching GenAI-powered features in collaboration with AI scientists
• Engineering development workflows by integrating large language models and refining output for Kora's production system
• Enhancing Kora's capabilities to deliver personalized billing guidance through empathetic communication

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on full-stack development
• Experience with generative AI and large language models, either personally or professionally
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with familiarity in React being beneficial
• Strong commitment to engineering best practices, including writing clean and maintainable code
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and a passion for improving the healthcare system
