Job Summary

To support the development of impactful digital services, the remote Software Engineer III will engage in coding, requirements gathering, and system analysis while mentoring junior developers and driving improvements in software engineering processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Estimate and complete development tasks with minimal feedback, ensuring timely delivery
• Mentor junior developers and enhance technical and communication skills to improve team performance
• Assess and diagnose system issues, prioritizing resolutions based on business alignment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of engineering experience
• US Citizen with residency in the United States for three or more years out of the last five years
• Ability to undergo a background investigation for a Public Trust Security Clearance
