Software Engineer III

Job Summary

Focused on building and maintaining foundational systems for identity and authentication, the full-time remote Software Engineer III will develop platform services that support federated identity and authorization infrastructure across a multi-product SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and extend platform services for managing federated identity, authentication flows, and authorization enforcement
• Design and implement backend service integrations using REST APIs and event-driven messaging in Python
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance the delivery workflow and contribute to AI harness development

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven ability to deliver features independently
• Hands-on experience in building backend services using .NET or Python, including RESTful API development
• Demonstrated experience with federated identity systems such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, or JWT
• Proficiency in modern API frameworks and familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools as part of the engineering workflow
