Software Engineer III

Job Summary

Working full-time in New York City, the Software Engineer III will develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide system administration support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet project objectives and client requirements
• Collaborate with team members to translate user stories and functional requirements into secure technical designs
• Provide system administration support for the Salesforce environment, focusing on customized applications and user permissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or a master's degree with relevant experience
• 5 years of experience in software engineering, Salesforce development, or administration, or 3 years with a master's degree
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and building reusable code with Lightning Web Components
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, Postgres) and debugging issues related to Salesforce API integrations
