Software Engineer III
Job Summary
Designing and deploying production software for an agentic chatbot platform, the full-time Software Engineer III will focus on delivering conversational AI capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy software for chatbot functionalities including intake, orchestration, and answer generation
- Deliver clean, efficient code and actively participate in discussions, coding, and testing
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance while aligning on design strategies with product and tech teams
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, CIS, Software Engineering, or related degree
- 8+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise development
- Extensive knowledge of Python, Java, SQL, and related technologies
- Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs and tool orchestration
- Familiarity with AWS services and Agile Development Methodology is a plus
