Software Engineer III

Job Summary

To design, develop, and maintain software applications in the healthcare space, the full-time remote Software Engineer III will utilize expertise in SQL, collaborate with architects and engineers, and actively participate in Agile scrum teams to deliver value while mentoring less experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and extend functionality in the Billing and Enrollment system
• Collaborate with system architects and lead engineers to develop and maintain software applications for client use
• Triage escalated production issues and conduct systemic impact analysis for required changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in software development with proven architectural experience
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2019 and relational database design
• Proficiency in REACT, C#, and REST APIs
• Experience with Agile methodologies and secure coding patterns
