Software Engineer III

Job Summary

Building and integrating web and mobile applications, the full-time remote Software Engineer III will utilize Java, JavaScript, and AWS while expanding CI/CD pipelines and automation efforts, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Use AI tools throughout the software development lifecycle to enhance quality and efficiency
• Develop clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews, including AI-generated code
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on full-stack development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong experience in Java and modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS, and agile methodologies
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and mentor less experienced engineers
