Software Engineer III

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Software Engineer III will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and backend services, enhancing the customer experience and ensuring high reliability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain code for web-based applications and distributed systems
• Collaborate with engineers to plan feature roll-out and ensure product reliability
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to documentation and test suites

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
• 5 years of programming experience in languages such as Python, Java, C#, Perl, or JavaScript
• Experience in a highly iterative environment with automated testing and continuous delivery
• Familiarity with building RPC services using Thrift, gRPC, or equivalent
• Experience with containers and Kubernetes
