Software Engineer III
Job Summary
Designing and building an agentic chatbot platform, the full-time Software Engineer III will develop production software, deliver clean code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and deploy software for the chatbot platform, focusing on various components such as intake and answer generation
- Deliver efficient code while adhering to sprint commitments and best practices, and provide strong feedback on merge requests
- Mentor junior engineers and actively participate in discussions to align on design strategies and delivery approaches
Required qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, CIS, Software Engineering, or a related degree
- 8+ years of experience in Large Scale Enterprise Development
- Extensive knowledge of Python, JAVA, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery, and backend service development
- Experience with OpenAI or other LLM APIs, as well as Agile Development Methodology
- Familiarity with AWS, user interface development, and mobile development is a plus
