Job Summary
Designing and developing software solutions, the full-time Software Engineer III will troubleshoot and debug software programs while providing application support and engaging with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administration, development, and application support for end users
- Design, develop, code, test, and debug system software for embedded devices and systems
- Perform root cause analysis of technical issues and address escalated software bugs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) with 5 to 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with various development programs and configuration of third-party software components
- Ability to perform root cause analysis of network and operating system issues
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote work setting
