Job Summary
Driving user story analysis and software development, the full-time salaried Software Engineer III will design and develop cloud-native data engineering solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze user stories, design, and develop software applications, and create automation tools
- Own technical aspects of software development, including architecture and system design for assigned applications
- Collaborate with technical product managers on blueprints and assist in annual feature planning
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing cloud-native data engineering solutions and scalable data pipelines
- Strong experience with Python, PySpark, SQL, or equivalent frameworks for building batch and streaming data pipelines
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS/Azure services such as BigQuery and Cloud Storage
- Proficiency in designing ETL/ELT pipelines and implementing data quality controls for enterprise-scale platforms
- Experience working in Agile environments with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
