Software Engineer III
Job Summary
Driving user story analysis and software development, the full-time salaried Software Engineer III will manage the design and implementation of cloud-native data engineering solutions while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze user stories, design, develop, and test software applications, including automation tools
- Own technical aspects of software development for assigned applications, including architecture and design
- Collaborate with technical product managers on feature planning and identify opportunities for new technology adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in designing and developing cloud-native data engineering solutions and scalable data pipelines
- Strong experience with batch and streaming data pipelines using technologies such as Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform or AWS/Azure services, including BigQuery and Cloud Storage
- Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation frameworks
- Experience working in Agile environments with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
