Software Engineer III
Job Summary
To remediate critical vulnerabilities and modernize legacy applications, the remote Software Engineer III will focus on backend development, legacy .NET remediation, and migration to modern .NET Core/OpenShift environments on a 2-month contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees development and installation of new hardware and software
- Designs and deploys new applications and enhancements to existing systems
- Monitors and tests system performance while developing strategies for improvement
Required qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in software engineering
- Proficiency in C#/.NET, .NET Core, and REST API Development
- Experience with Angular, JavaScript, and Microservices Architecture
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
