Software Engineer III - Full Stack

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer III - Full Stack (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Estimate and complete development tasks including coding, requirements gathering, and analysis with minimal feedback
• Mentor junior developers and improve engineering processes and practices
• Participate in planning sessions and support recruiting efforts by evaluating assignments and assisting with interviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of engineering experience, or equivalent experience
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, component-based design systems, and REST APIs
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails for backend and JavaScript/Typescript with React for front-end development
• Experience with testing frameworks such as React Testing Library and RSpec
• Progressive experience with relevant technologies and understanding of business impacts
