Software Engineer - Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer - L2, Implementation (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize platform tools to collaborate with the conversation design team in building chat and voice-based conversational flows
• Integrate and develop various web-based APIs to create logic flows for chatbots while managing multiple client integrations
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer engineering, preferably from IIT/NIT
• 2-6 years of experience in developing and integrating scalable products
• Proficient in Python and the Django framework
• Experience in modeling database schemas for large-scale applications using MySQL, Mongo, etc
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Docker is a plus
