Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and verify test cases throughout the project lifecycle to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with development teams to prioritize automation and build comprehensive test suites
- Evaluate test outcomes, report defects, and suggest solutions while tracking software defects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent industry experience
- 5-7 years of hands-on testing experience in agile environments
- Proficient in automated testing for web applications and backend services
- Experience with tools such as Selenium, Python, Open API, Git, and Jira
- Clear understanding of REST API and familiarity with REST, SOAP, and JSON standards
