Software Engineer in Test

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Software Engineer in Test will develop and maintain test automation for products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency in software delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests and infrastructure for various testing types, including E2E and unit tests
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to identify and resolve defects while improving test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
• Create and maintain testing documentation, support onboarding for new team members, and contribute to code quality initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with relevant programming languages, preferably Elixir, Rust, JavaScript, TypeScript, or PowerShell
• 2+ years of experience with web testing tools, including E2E frameworks and unit/component testing tools
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and understanding of testing integration within the development workflow
• Knowledge of modern web infrastructure and the types of automated tests applicable during the SDLC
• Ability to work with ambiguity and effectively communicate with stakeholders across various roles
