Software Engineer in Test Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a quality champion within a client's Scrum team, the full-time remote Software Engineer in Test Manager will own test strategy, automation, and quality visibility from planning through release while collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with an existing SDET to drive testing efforts toward a near-term go-live
• Build and maintain automated test coverage using Playwright and TypeScript
• Act as a Quality Champion, defining test scope and articulating risks in an Agile environment

Required qualifications

• Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript
• Experience with test automation frameworks and Agile delivery using Azure DevOps
• Experience working in secure or regulated environments
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments
• Strong ownership and self-starter mindset
