Software Engineer, Infrastructure

Job Summary

To support the development of a multimodal data stack for Physical AI, the full-time Software Engineer, Infrastructure will own the Kubernetes operator for Rerun Hub, manage customer onboarding, and ensure production reliability while working remotely from the East Coast, US.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Kubernetes operator that provisions, configures, and manages Rerun Hub deployments
• Extend the control plane to accommodate new customer infrastructure requirements and ensure end-to-end functionality
• Maintain production reliability through observability, CI/CD, and incident response processes

Required qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with a focus on infrastructure as software
• Deep experience with Kubernetes, including designing CRDs and writing controllers
• Proficiency in Go and ability to engage with a Rust codebase
• Solid experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform/OpenTofu
• Comfort with customer interactions for cloud account onboarding and deep technical support
