Job Summary

Building internal products for technology support and administration, the full-time Software Engineer, Internal Applications will work in a hybrid environment to create automated solutions that enhance employee experiences and streamline ITSM processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop frontend experiences for employee support requests and agent interactions
• Automate recurring technology support tasks to reduce manual intervention and enhance security
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and business teams to identify and implement software solutions that improve operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in building production software across frontend and backend layers
• Background in API design, data modeling, and system reliability
• Experience in creating internal platforms or operational products
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and agent-assisted systems
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work cross-functionally
