Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Software Engineer, Internal Tooling to work hybrid in Nashville, who will build internal tools and automations to enhance operational efficiency for the implementation team, directly impacting revenue and time-to-value.

Key responsibilities

• Build internal tools and automations using AI and agentic frameworks on Built's infrastructure
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback to improve or replace tools as necessary
• Own the full stack development process, from design to deployment and measurement of usage

Required qualifications

• Recent Computer Science graduate or software engineer with up to 1 year of experience, including internships or significant projects
• Ability to write clean code in any modern programming language
• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong sense of ownership in problem-solving
• Genuine curiosity about the business and the impact of automation
• Focus on speed and shipping over perfection in development
