Software Engineer IV
Job Summary
To support innovative technology solutions, the remote Software Engineer IV will analyze business requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and develop applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components while collaborating in Agile development cycles.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions to optimize system performance and data integration
- Configure and integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services for omnichannel cloud contact center solutions
- Implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5 years of related experience in Salesforce development and integration
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP services, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
